In the field of bag dust removal, the bag is usually compared to the heart of the equipment. The dust-containing gas that the bag dust collector can handle mainly depends on the conditions of the chemical fiber used to make the bag. Under normal temperature conditions, the bag only needs to be able to withstand a temperature of 130°C. Under such working conditions, the filter material based on polyester at room temperature (needle felt, 729, 208, acrylic fiber) can basically adapt to its occasions.For industries with relatively high flue gas temperatures, chemical fibers that can withstand high temperatures are needed to make filter materials, so that high temperature working conditions of 150~250°C can be fully met. Because Metamax fiber is an aromatic polyamide fiber, it has good heat resistance, wear resistance, and folding resistance. Its folding resistance cannot be replaced by glass fiber.
