The polyester filter element is made of 100% polyester monofilament, woven into a mesh fabric. Widely used in medical, industrial, automotive, milling, and water treatment industries.
Compared with nylon filters, polyester filters have stronger tensile strength and better acid resistance, while nylon filters have stronger elasticity, smoother surfaces, and better alkali resistance.

Our polyester monofilament woven screen meshes have excellent tear resistance which permits high fabric tensions to be achieved with virtually any commercially available stretching system. And very good dimensional stability guarantees highly reproducible tension. Precision weaving of dimensionally stable threads produces a fabric with predictable and close tolerance counts and mesh opening for consistent registration and sharp resolution.
