Activated Carbon Filter Cartridges

Carbon Carbon-impregnated cellulose Filter Cartridges are constructed with wrap carbon-impregnated cellulose and activated carbon fine for good absorption, including considerably high carbon content. The polyester fiber external netting provides additional strength and high dirt-loading capacity. The inner fiber felt of carbon-impregnated cartridges keeps the carbon particles and pollutants away from the filtered liquid, while the central core enhances the ability to withstand pressure. Carbon-impregnated cellulose filters possess especially splendid functions of fine sediment removal, chlorine deduction, and organic chemical removal, therefore, providing high filtration efficiency in water processing.

Strong outer netting for surface integrity and more durability.

 

The inner layer is surrounded by a nonwoven fabric to ensure no carbon bleed-off.

 

Vinyl Plastisol molding endcaps provide complete sealing to prevent chlorine & dirt from leaking out.

 

The center polypropylene core both increases pressure-bearing capacity and reduces deposits.
