Product Description

Silicon carbide membrane is a high-precision microfiltration and ultrafiltration grade membrane separation product made of high-purity silicon carbide fine powder through recrystallization and sintering technology. It has the characteristics of high flux, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and long life. The current maximum filtration accuracy can reach 20 nanometers.

Product features

Compared with organic membranes: they have strong corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and easy cleaning and regeneration.

1. Positive pressure terminal filtration: through external pressurization, positive pressure full filtration; filtration can be bottom aeration, reduce membrane surface pollution.   

2. Negative pressure suction filtration: negative pressure suction filtration is carried out through the negative pressure formed by a vacuum pump; bottom aeration can be used during filtration to reduce membrane surface pollution, and negative pressure suction filtration is usually used.
